How can I find out the price of an item I'm interested in?
Simply tell us which products you want quoted and we'll deliver a customized sales presentation - in 24 hours or less - complete with photos, descriptions and pricing designed to fit your budget.
How will I know you received my order or quote request?
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email notification that we have received your order and instructions on how to send us your artwork.
Can you explain the order process to me?
One of our customer care experts will be assigned to oversee your order. He or she will check product availability, review your order for any potential problems with artwork, imprint issues and delivery times, and make sure to offer you any recommendations should our expertise be helpful.

Once your order is reviewed, you will be faxed an order acknowledgement with your proof showing the artwork to be printed and placement on your selected item. Please return this order acknowledgement within 24 hours so as not to affect your expected date of shipment. Late approvals from customers may require expedited shipping methods or in some cases rush production charges. If you require any modification please note on the order acknowledgment.

After the order acknowledgment approving the artwork to be imprinted is returned it will be sent to production for decoration (imprinting, screen printing, embroidery, etc).

What is your return policy?
After the product has been imprinted on (according to the faxed proof) there are no product returns accepted. If it is determined that an error was made on our end, we will gladly replace it, refund your payment or issue a credit, whichever you prefer. Prior to returning any item, please contact us for a return authorization number.
What are pre-production proofs and why do I need them?
They are actual proofs of your item with your imprint prior to running your entire order. We recommend this on all orders where time permits. Pre-production proofs typically incur an additional charge for screens and setups plus the cost of the item and can add 5-10 days to the order process.
What is camera ready art?
Camera Ready artwork means, black and white laser printed artwork of 1200 dpi or higher. We require the camera ready artwork to be in EPS (encapsulated post script) or AI (Adobe Illustrator) for PC. Please convert all text to outlines when possible.

The following artwork is not considered Camera Ready: photographs, slides, transparencies, negative stats or films that need to be reversed to positive, halftone art that needs to be resized, low resolution laser printed artwork of less than 1200 dpi (we recommend sending black and white 1200 dpi laser prints at 200% larger than actual size), photocopies, faxed art, letterhead, business cards, Web images or any other art that needs to be touched-up, color separated, or multi-color art to be made one-color or otherwise improved. Stats, PMTs or computer scans of the above are not considered camera ready.
Your website says production time for this item is only 7 days. Why don't I have my product yet?
The clock starts ticking when the complete order, shipment information and appropriate artwork are receive at factory, all details and questions are clarified, and proofs are approved. Please verify that all of these conditions have been met.
Can you help me create a logo or convert my logo to an acceptable format?
Certainly. Our graphics department will be glad to assist you. Of course, artwork assistance will incur additional charges.
I need to change an order I've already submitted. Do I still have time?
It depends. Changes to orders already in production will result in delayed shipment. The charge for changing an order that is in productions starts at $60 plus the cost of any work that must be redone. This includes changes in quantity, ship method, ship date, address, item or imprint. No changes to orders can be made within 48 hours of shipment. Additions to orders already in production are handled as follows: A new purchase order is required. If the addition is less than one-half the catalog minimum, the following Less than Minimum Charges applies: $100 for imprinted orders; $50 for unimprinted orders. The addition will be produced based upon factory's normal production schedule. Price per unit will be determined by the quantity of the original order.
